this was my song from the PXTUNES 5th Anniversary album, and my first "full" song in pxtone (ptcollab)! using the handy voice change dialog, i swapped out every .wav sample for an .ogg conversion at medium quality so that it could finally be uploaded here! now crunchier than ever!!

it's been over a year since i wrote this, and it's still one of my favorite things i've ever written in nearly 2 decades of music. it has a higher degree of personal significance too - it's sort of a re-imagined combination of two different songs i wrote when i was much younger and more blood coursed through my heart. very little of the original arrangements remains in this but the instrumentation is similar and i used the same motifs/tunes/progressions along with some new, fresh takes on them.

if you were to tell me this was made in ptcollab/pxtone i wouldve barely believed you because this program is very capable but this sounds so this this is the greatest pxtone tune i've heard, i highly doubt i'll hear something better than this in a long long while, simply fucking lovely.
