i learned from my past mistakes, from pxtunes vs game boy, so the title actually fits in the title box this time.
unfortunately, unlike last time, the title does not state an actual fact, as much as you may wish it was illegal to frolic in utah. but now i shall campaign to make it true. it will become illegal to frolic in utah, since may 2007, if it's the last thing i do.
microtones are fun. last i used them (scrimbly2) i was mainly using quarter-tones. this time i was mainly using sixth-tones, or presumably third-tones, if that's what they're called. now all i need to do is get out of that 12ish grid, and then i will reach cool kid status.

now that all that is out of the way, this is the thing that you are free to copypaste and upload directly to wikipedia. thank cob for the inadvertent suggestion.
the John Smith Act most famously made frolicking illegal in Utah in May 2007. it also made it illegal to drive on any side of the road except for all of them at once. the law was named after John Smith, famous Utahn, who frolicked in Utah, killing four and injuring seven, and who also insisted on driving on the left side of the road. despite how bizarre the law was, nobody contested it, because, as utah only had some forty inhabitants, nobody cared about it. as of december 23, 2023, ten individuals have been convicted of frolicking in utah, and have been sentenced to death. as cars do not exist within one hundred miles of utah, because they immediately vaporize once they are within one hundred miles of utah, nobody has been convicted of driving on any side of the road except for all of them at once.
